"the Vegan Pho is unbelievably flavorful. it came with the broth piping hot, the perfect amount of veggies and rice noodles, and a flgenerous portion of sprouts, jalapeños, and herbs.. so fresh and full of flavors. the Crab Meat Rangoon (5 Pieces) was still warm and crispy. super tasty- my favorite place for the rangoons. i will be ordering again, probably soon!"
"I've ordered a number of times before, but this time it was awful. The spring rolls were raw, flavorless, and cold. The kimchi was more of a soup with a generous TWO pieces of tofu. The egg drop soup was horrible and tasted more like gravy. Will not be ordering again."

"Coconut Smoothie andGrilled Pork Spring Rolls were delicious! Fresh and full of flavor!"
"I've eaten from Dragon Pho before and I liked it. Tonight's Sesame Chicken was dry and bland. The Crab Rangoon (4) were fried weird? It looked like they tried to explode in the oil/fryer. And there was like at least 1/4 inch of oil in the bottom of the Crab Rangoon container. I'd rate tonight's meal a 1 of 5 stars. Not worth the money."

"This was the best food delivery I've had in years. The food arrived promptly, piping hot, the soup was the best I've tasted re flavor, freshness and "fresh from the garden" worthiness. I ordered a med bowl of soup that was filled so generously I didn't want it to end. I savored every bite! Yes, I will order again and again assuming the portion size, freshness, temperature and other factors are consistent. Delish!"

Korean Cucumber Salad nice crunch and flavor. I'll tell all my friends about this place, and will order many times over."
"Having had Korean Fried Chicken in Seoul, Bonchon has knocked it out of the park! The Drumsticks were crispy, mouth watering spicy and oh so delicious. The Sotteok Sotteok was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the glaze in the rice cakes just added to the experience. The Kimchi is mild enough for those that don't like a lot of spice bit still has plenty of flavor. Definitely will be ordering from Bonchon again!"

"My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time tonight and the highest compliment that I can give it is. we're already looking forward to ordering it again. I would most highly recommend the wings (which have the perfect level of crunch), the cheese balls which are slightly sweet, and the French fries which have a really unique seasoning. Everything that we tasted on the menu was delicious though! Food arrived hot and fresh! Combo (Wings & Drums) Korean Cheese Ball Seasoned Fries"
"First time trying and wings are delicious! very nice crunch on the outside, inside cooked perfectly. I got the soy garlic - excellent flavor. I wish I had a side of it as a sauce to dip in. "This place will wow you! The flavor, portions and price were all perfect. The General Tsao's Chicken is not as sweet and syrupy as you get at other places. It's also fried hard. Both of those were pluses for me. Most people can probably tolerate a 3 spice level. I prefer the 4. Every element of the Combination Fried Rice was well prepared. The beef was not that gray chewy stuff you get other places. It was beautifully seared and flavorful. The shrimp were larger than average and not overcooked. They were well seasoned too. Do yourself a favor and try this place."
"Best Chinese food in the metro! Was devastated when Shang Yuen switched ownership but so happy the family recipes live on through Heavenly! The beef is so tender! The chicken so crispy! "The 70. Honey Chicken was absolutely delicious! Hot, crispy, and the honey sauce was soo good with the pineapples, veggies and over the rice. Also included soup and an egg roll so it was a really good deal! Make sure you note which soup you want in the description box if you want soup with it as there's no option to select the soup. This was 10/10 for the value and flavor."
"Unfortunately the crab 5. Crab Rangoon (4) were really stale/ old tasting, the beef and 6. Broccoli Beefs beef was extremely tough and almost impossible to chew. The soups were fine I guess. Probably won't order again. Save yourself the 30+ dollars."

"This was my first meal right after I got off the plane the day I moved to Des Moines. It felt like home and was very comforting. The portions were huge and the flavor was great! There was plenty of sauce and I really enjoyed it! "
"I would've left a photo, but it was so good I didnt even pull my phone out. I had the 6. Dumpling appetizer, 17. Philadelphia Roll and 16. Spicy California Roll. The dumplings?! Absolutely spectacular. The rolls? Amazing. Portions are perfect. 100000/10 recommend!!!"

"This was my first order from this restaurant. I tried the Shrimp Pancakes . It is a full meal and very tasty. I ate it all in one go it was so good. Since it was listed in the small bites section, I also ordered the Shrimp Chips . I really couldn't taste the Shrimp, but they were a lovely texture and tasty. I will be back for sure."
"The food was SO GOOD!! Literally everything! We got the Beef Bulgogi with Beef Bulgogi with Rice, Curry Puff (1pc), Egg Tarts, and the Shrimp Pancakes. We were floored! The flavor of the orange chicken was amazing; the chicken lo mein noodles were so delicious; egg roll and crab Rangoon was awesome too! I will definitely order from Tsing Tsao on the east side again!!!"

"Rolls are very small compared to other restaurants, Godzilla Roll we for sure thought would be bigger and enough for a meal but it wasnt. Portions were more of a snack size, Crabmeat Salad was quite small as well. Food was fresh and good just not worth the price when DoorDashed better picked up from store to avoid fees. "
"The manager Jenny at the store is absolutely amazing!!' She cares about quality and consistency and has believed in amazing, flavorful food for years ever since she opened up the store!! It's a hit every single time! Mizu will forever be my go-to for their signature sushi rolls and hibachi. Their sake is also amazing. Don't hesitate on this place!! Worth the price!"

"Snow Crab Salad was small but flavorful. Crabstick Tempura (5 Pcs) they were half sticks. Cucumber Roll menu says crab meat but I didn't see or taste any. sushi was the size of a nickel. prices equal size of food. all was good"
"Steak was overcooked but still very tender and flavorful. Good Crab Rangoon if you like them on the sweeter side like I do. The miso soup didn't taste like miso. Not bad, just different. Iowa Roll was good quality for how little it cost. (D) Steak Bento was plenty of food. So happy there's a Japanese restaurant on the south side. I'll be ordering from here again!"

"I love Akebono! The last time I ordered it, it wasn't great but I gave it another try because I'd had so many good experiences before. Tonight everything was perfect. The Philly Roll was fresh and plump, the Compressor Roll was saucy, the Pork Dumplings were tasty if a little salty and the Oh Snap Roll was something I hadn't had before but will definitely get again. "
"I thought the Crispy Rolls and Dynamite Mussels would be better especially when you're paying around $13 for only four of them. They changed something about the Akebono Edamame and it wasn't as good as usual. The miso soup was good and the malibu crunch roll was decent enough."

"my first visit to this restaurant and I was flabbergasted! it was great for the price! Taste was wonderful... I have to say best egg roll ever!"
"Food quality? Mediocre. Ordered two bowl combos, one sesame, one orange. When we went to grab our food, we realized that both bowls were the exact same, and we couldn't tell what the sauce tasted like. Zero sesame seeds, and not a hint of any orange flavoring.
As for the portion sizes, if you're going to charge out the wazoo for your food, at least give people enough food to make sure they're full.
The Bao was probably the best part of the entire meal, and I'm fairly certain they come frozen.
Don't waste your money, get literally anything else besides this place."

"Always love getting the Dinner Grill Meal! Arrives hot and fresh like literally off the grill! Always delicious and never a complaint! Serving size is perfect! Hu Hot is delicious!"
"I've ordered from here a few times, and I think from now on, I will only go in person. (1) When you ask for chew mein as a topping, don't expect to get "3" of anything. I bet I had 15 pieces of crunchy noodles. I always get the same for 3 as for 1 serving. I asked for "2" of the water chestnuts (you can pick 8 items). I might have 2 partial water chestnuts in the entire container. Asked for "2" of the bamboo shoots- I have zero. My styrofoam to go container was about 1/3 full. Almost no meat in it. It's been not great at times, but this is by far the worst meal I've ever received. It's so weird that it tastes like nothing but celery and peppers... you can't tell there is anything else in it. Just- not good. I won't be dashing it again.
I did order the chicken strips and fries, and those were good, but definitely not enough ketchup in the little cup for everything.
The crab rangoons were good, but again- one cup of sauce for 7 rangoons? The cup is 2 tablespoons. Come on.
I feel like I got $7 worth of edible food for $50. :-("

"Omg this food was absolutely amazing!!! I don't ever write reviews or even often fill out any feedback. This food was good enough to make me stop eating and make sure I give this a bit of love. I'm not going to be able to finish because I over ordered that being said the proportion is generous and the flavor is on point. I'm thoroughly thrilled with this location and will be ordering from here as often as I'm in town. This is my new go to food for this city. So good! I had two rolls both amazing rainbow and tuna and a grilled salmon poke I'm a picky eater and I'm just diving right into this it's so fresh."
