"I very seldom put a poor rating on items that I receive. I paid high prices for this meal because it looked so good and it sounded so good to me. The steak tips were well done and tough. I really think it was stew meat. I was thinking I would get a bed of rice but all I got was rice scattered around the meat and the rest of the meal. I was so disappointed in this meal and most of it went in the garbage. The loaded potato soup was also disappointing. The creamy soup tasted okay but the potatoes were horrible. I believe they were cooked at a different time and then added to the soup. unfortunately it went in the garbage too. I have the salad for tomorrow and I hope that I can give a better rating on it. I've been wanting to order from here for a while and I finally did and I probably won't again. I was so disappointed."

"I drive 45 minutes here and back every other day for coffee and a crepe or pastry despite a Starbucks being 2 minutes from my house. The espresso has a smooth finish thanks to the klatch beans based in LA (though they're roasting their own soon) and incredibly expensive quality Elektra machines. I get a spicy iced chai with oat milk or a local honey based latte. I prefer to visit in person for the atmosphere and staff, but if you're pressed for time do yourself a favour and skip Starbucks delivery to try this."

Will buy again. What was good: The cheeseburgers were a good size, seasoned well, with good quality meat and cheese for fast food. Loved the waffle fries and they were seasoned well too. Got a large Coke and it came in a reusable cup, not that flimsy clear plastic or paper. Could be better: The Queso was $2 for a tiny portion. I would expect double the size or even 50% more for that price. It tasted great though and it was cool that the dipping cup was made for waffle fries. Great design. The Cookies and Cream was good, but could have had a better ratio of ice cream to cookie. They did give a wide straw (again great design) but it felt like I was sucking straight crushed, mushy, cookie at times. "

"This was my first time trying Smalls and it's definitely not my last. The food arrived hot and fresh. I read a few reviews stating the queso fries always arrived soggy - easy fix is to order the fries plain and add a side off queso; by doing so, they'll give you a plastic cup of the queso you can dip your fries in. Fries were well-seasoned and perfectly crispy on the outisde; the Queso was fantastic, with a very tiny slight kick to it making it very addicting (definitely not spicy though). The sliders were wonderful. The meat was well-seasoned, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The buns were warm and fluffy. I loved dipping the sliders in the Smauce - the smauce was zesty, creamy, tasty and offset the sliders so well. I appreciate the quality of my meal despite placing my order 20 minutes before their cutoff time. Looking forward to eating here again and spreading the word to friends and family."
