"Food arrived hot and the portions was enough for two. Curry chicken wasn't too spicy just the way I like it and the baked macaroni and cheese
was delicious as well as the candi yams couldn't get enough of them. I truly "ENJYOED" my dinner and will be ordering this dish again. And the driver was on point. I was VERY SATISFIED!
"
"It was good overall. I got the jerk chicken, but honestly it tasted more like a spicy BBQ chicken than traditional jerk chicken. The flavor was still good though. The cabbage was good and was probably my favorite part of the meal.
The mac and cheese was just okay. It didn’t seem to have much seasoning—not even salt—but you can easily add your own seasoning at home. The cheese ratio was a little off too; there was more cheese on top than mixed throughout the mac and cheese itself.
I only ordered the $12 meal because I wanted to try the place first. One thing I noticed was that the chicken was mostly bones with very little meat on them. I’m not sure if that’s because I got the smaller meal or if that’s just how they serve it.
My boyfriend also got the jerk chicken with yams and rice and peas. The yams and rice and peas were good, but pretty simple.
The food definitely wasn’t nasty, but there wasn’t really a “wow” factor either. If you’re looking for something affordable and don’t mind adding a little extra seasoning to suit your taste, it’s worth trying. Overall, I’d give it a 4/10"

"It is incredibly hard to find authentic vegan Jamaican/Caribbean food especially in NJ so I am pleased to say the least! The vegan sweet chili wings platter are INCREDIBLE! The sauce, texture, and platter size is very worth the price. Highly recommend and cant wait to try more. "
"Portion size was good for the price but the Curry Goat Special lacked flavor all around the meat was real tender and the rice cooked perfectly but it just didn't really have seasoning"

"Alright, I had to call my momma once I tried their Curry Chicken just to smack her through the phone! Before taking a bite, I told myself that I would only eat half of it; HOWEVER, once I took the first bite...I looked up and it was all gone! The seasoning was not too spicy and just right! I love the stringed cabbage side, and the rice and peas is delicious!! Will be a go to spot while im here in New Jersey! Also, try to order during happy hour!!!"
"Y'all are over charging for low quality food and why am i paying 3 something for a little piece of cheese when I can get a can one in store for same price false advertising the rice was mushy and the meat didn't have much flavor"

"Coming from NYC this food is so great. I tried 3 other restaurants and between no flavor, small portions this Resturant top that. Would def order again portions are amazing. First bite food been amazing."
"WARNING ⚠️.For $39.00 Oxtails you get 3 small Oxtails and the rest is all rice and bones. And definitely DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. My girl order oxtails and it was all bones and a ton of rice. I add a note for her to them asking them to please add OXTAILS. And nothing but bones with tiny meat. We order twice and the same thing even after I added the note. This place is RIDICULOUS. To many other places to get this . They will never get a dime from us again!"

"Beef patty was good 10/10. Oxtail Medium was also very good, it is spicy in my opinion. They gave a lot of oxtail. "
"Glad I gave this place a try, the food was pretty good!! I got Curry Goat Medium , White Rice, and cabbage. Portion size was decent! A lady who was very nice called me to let me know they were out of plantains so I got potato salad instead. It had peppers and corn in it which I actually liked!
The goat was tender and seasoned. The rice and cabbage needed a bit more flavor but I added my own seasoning and it was good.
Would try again."

"I've never tasted tots so perfect. Crispy and covered in whatever this goodness is. I'd walk miles and swim oceans. Good amount of wings for the price. You can sub fries for tots (request it in the instructions if the option isn't there). Restaurant is also responsive in the chat. "Always delicious! LOVED the flavor of everything, especially the pickled onions & peppers on top of the Fried Pork (Griot). The pumpking Soup Joumou ( Sunday's ONLY) had fantastic flavor as well. The service is kind, attentive & helpful."
"Mostly rice. Wish there were a couple more pieces of Oxtail as I only received 3 pieces when I ordered a large. Needs more efficient portions. Also taste was very mediocre. Mac and cheese was a 4/10. Not enough cheese and was more like buttered noodles. Plantains were the same 3/10. Try another local Caribbean spot if you're in the mood for Oxtail and genuine side dishes."

"So long story short, the Fried Chicken & Waffles meal is good. The waffle has a good flavor that compliments the chicken well. The chicken is breaded using cereal pieces and that adds a nice touch.
The negatives. If you ever needed a visual representation of "shrinkflation" this meal would be it. Cheesecake Factory REALLY thinks we don't notice how small the chicken strips are getting. The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.

"I absolutely love their food! The Pernil Al Horno / Pork Shoulder was so tasty and juicy the best I've ever had!! The Chicharrón de Cerdo / Fried Pork Rinds was so tender, perfectly flavored, and crispy loved it!!! The Platillo de Pollo Guisado / Stewed Chicken Platter was awesome too!!! Definitely gotta give this place a try I been eating Spanish food for years & I'm super impressed "
"Overall, I get the essence of home... an authentic dish from my titi's house. However, sometimes the pernil is absolutely perfect and other times it's very dry. The only time we get the right amount of rice is if we ask for no salad. I find the salad to be a waste because it's already dressed and arrives soggy. We love salad, just not soggy. I understand the restaurant uses good containers but they are children sized portions for quite a bit of money. I dine at fine restaurants and well appointed restaurants where the dishes are more expensive than their street counterparts, but the portions and the quality of the food command the prices. I would increase my rating to at least a four if mi amigos would consider improving their portions and making sure the pernil is succulent each time. Gracias!!"

"this place was really good I got the crab combo Number Two the snow crab clusters were really good, the shrimp I got the garlic butter really enjoyable. And their wings I got the honey barbecue are amazing they're probably one of the better Wings I've had in South Jersey. I'm not going to lie I'm going to probably be ordering my wings from now on from the seafood spot ha the only downside is it's pricey for what you get. I could get three type of crab boil at Joe's Crab Shack for $30. I only got two snow crab clusters and shrimp it's definitely way more expensive. But everybody should try it and definitely get their wings"
"So this is my first time ever getting a boil and let me tell you something I got the shrimp and crawfish and the corn and it came with some potato's !!! in the Cajun sauce medium heat and it was so delicious the flavor the garlicky taste is so yummyyyy!!! White rice was also tasteless. Good thing I got the items on sale because I wouldn't be paying $15 for their arepas when $15 gets me a full platter of food from the Spanish place."

"Ive never ordered from here, however I dont think ill order tacos again from here. They're not bad flavor wise there just skimped meat wise. Also no red sauce and the green sauce is very liquidly, the other place I order from charges the same amount an overfills the tacos. They also offer corn or flour tortillas and include the red and green sauce. The tacos here are good I just wouldn't order again but will try other things."
"Highly recommend! Everything is so fresh, and we order at least 1-3 times per week.

"OMG!!! I very rarely write reviews, but in this case, I had to. The Cajun Shrimp Fried rice was not only perfectly seasoned, loaded with tender shrimp, and steaming hot, but the portion was literally enough for 4 people to eat as a meal by itself... especially since I mixed an order of sausage in with it 😀 Fries were equally excellent & well portioned. BoomBoom Sauce was very tasty. If ordered something similar at a Chinese (or any restaurant really) would be half the quantity & quality for double or even triple the price 😒🙄. No thanks... From now on I'll stick with Ruby's!"

"Freshness and portions are fantastic!! The Korean al Pastor Rice Bowl is absolutely amazing!
Fresh, with a tiny kick at the end. I've never had anything like this. I've literally stopped eating to write this review. The Birria Dumplings are something I didn't know I needed in my life, absolutely outstanding, and I'm excited to try other items."
"this place is so good. I get the veggie tacos everytime a they seem to get better and better. I usually dont like zucchini but these tacos have converted me to a fan. fantastic esquites, extremely flavorful. fried rice hits incredibly hard. "Taste of Grass-Fed Beef Burger was great and freshness of salad and tomato in it and the side salad was visible. "This quesadilla was a small portion for the amount I paid for. I personally think the quesadilla was also very thin. It could've used some more chicken and cheese on the inside. Maybe two quesadillas for that price would make more sense given the size of one Quesadilla."

"Our order was accurate and delicious. We had a brisket burger which was juicy and filling. Had a great taste. A couple orders of chicken fingers and fries which were all crispy and had no fat. The kids pizza was ok, it was a little soggy and little sauce but my kid is also a picky eater, so you never know with her. The mini molten chocolate cake is enough for two. It was definitely worth the indulgence. "
"The Double Oldtimer® w/Cheese* was good. It was cooked well, big, and juicy. A little too much mustard.
The Triple Dipper® was also good. All good flavors.

"The Coconut Curry was flavorful, with tender noodles and creamy sauce. There was plenty of tofu and the pieces were a good size. I'd definitely order it again!
The Cilantro Lime Rice was really well seasoned and the rice was the perfect texture: light and fluffy, with a perfect balance of lime and cilantro. I was impressed by the portion size, especially for the price."
