"The chicken is absolutely delicious. Always well flavored and well cooked. They always give 2 sides of green sauce without having to ask for it. I always get this dish with a side salad and chaufa (2.00$ upcharge) the salad is always fresh and they give enough dressing. Unlike some places. My only gripe with this establishment is the chaufa. Every so often I get undercooked rice. Not enough to complain and ask for a new order or a refund. Just enough to annoy me. NOBODY likes crunchy rice. Listen, I understand the restaurant business is always a time crunch. However, I think I speak for most of your clients when I say cook your chaufa a few more minutes lol All in all, this place is still my go to for Peruvian cuisine. It also tastes like it was stored for days, nd they just reheated it and it only has beef and half an egg inside not your peruvian papa rellena. I am peruvian so I know what peruvian food is supposed to taste like I wanted to give this restaurant a try and boyyy was I disappointed. This is probably one of the worst peruvian restaurants i have ever tried I am convinced whoever is the owner/ cook is not specialized in peruvian food nor do they know how to cook it.
