The dough has a well balanced flavor and is soft or crispy in the right places. The sauce is perfect; not too sweet, not too tart, well seasoned, and they put on just the right amount. Cheese is top notch; great flavor, good stretch, and not too greasy. Toppings are great quality, taste good, and seem really fresh. My only tiny complaint might be the dough bubbles because they shift the toppings and leave "bald spots" on your pie, but as good as this pizza is, it's definitely not a deal-breaker issue. (There's a fork on a long stick specifically for popping dough bubbles, but I can see why some places wouldn't want the added step. It can be a little tedious.) "
