I hate when other places do too little of a variety and they are undercooked or humungous chunks you have to bite in half. I also appreciate that the meat is well tenderized bite sized chunks. This place puts effort and care in and it shows. When you ask for spicy they up both the flavor and the heat. My husband loves the calamari. My favorite is the hunan or the triple delight.
