"They gave a good portion of Ackee & Saltfish compared to some other restaurants I've ordered from. The food was delicious, not too salty. Loved that they listened to what I wanted in the plate as a customer. I love dumplings and wanted one more dumpling added and they accommodated me. Will give the plate 8.5/10"
"Oxtail (Large) 1st time ordering so don't know how consistency is but the food was on point. Flavor and portions are good. The oxtails were tender. The taste it's traditional (salty). Dutch pot sometimes makes their oxtail sweet, not a fan. I wish they include small amount of plantain in the plate. The price with their current discount makes this unbeatable will order again. The beef patty are pretty mini in size but also good crust and taste. The bag was tied then stapled so I felt safe that my meal wouldn't be played with. 9/10"

"Best Patties (pate kode) in town. I'm obsessed with how good they taste, theyre freshly made, and the size is perfect to split in half for two kids."
"I had a Haitian griot meal with rice and beans, and it was delicious. The pork was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and well-seasoned. The rice and beans were flavorful and paired perfectly. My little brother tried it too, he liked it, which says a lot! The real star was the lemonade...10 out of 10, super refreshing. Definitely worth trying again."

"My favorite dishes are the brown stew chicken and the eschovich fish. The food here always taste amazing. The price is great in comparison to other places that offer the same menu. Thus far I have found no other places to rival this one on quality, price and taste."
"I ordered the Ackee and Saltfish and the Callaloo and Saltfish. There was hardly any saltfish in both meals and the ackee was bland and mushy. I have ordered a few times in the past and I did recognize the quality of the food was falling short, but decided to give another try, but today justify why I just need to stop ordering food from this restaurant."

"We love this food. We enjoy pretty much all of their dishes but we LOVE the Lalo épinards / Spinach Lalo. It's rich and flavorful. I'm a large individual who can eat a lot but I cannot finish it in one sitting.
The price did go up unfortunately but my wife and I still enjoy it. "
"The chicken looked to be a day or two old & refried. The rice was decent, but it was just so much. The sauce had a weird taste to it. I've definitely had better Haitian food."

The lemonade is really special too (can not order tht on line). They really offer a great experience. "
"I have been ordering from this restaurant for a year or so and it has always been great fresh food. I don't know what happened yesterday when I ordered but the griot was soooo dry and hard like it was old or something. Barely had any meat on the plate just fat. "I ordered a small curry goat with rice and peas. It came with steamed veg and 2 fried plantains. They give you a lot of food I only ate half and put the rest in the fridge. The curry goat tastes just like it does in jamaica all the flavors were on point. "
"Curry chicken was juicy but thats the only positive thing. The rice was dry and tasted stale, veggies werent cooked and had no flavor. I paid extra for a large curry chicken but you get only 3 or 4 small pieces of chicken. Why pay extra for a large for no reason. I wouldnt return. Reggae jerk is so much better. "

"My order of oxtails w/ cabbage, rice& peas, was the epitome of fresh& delicious!!! The oxtails were well seasoned & as tender as can be!! They even went above and beyond in the packing of order. They neatly wrapped up the plates , due to the fact of the "extra gravy" request I gave& order was ready relatively quickly as well..I have zero complaints!!"
"The sauce is perfectly seasoned with a rich blend of spices, and the oxtail is incredibly tender and juicy. Easily the best I’ve had in a long time. Thank you..I highly recommend it! 5 out of 5."

"Wow, the Friday beef soup was fantastic! It's called Mannish Water Cowfoot and Beef soup (Wednesday and Friday Only) Beef with Cowfeet , but it's basically beef broth with chucks of tender beef, soft cowfoot chucks (texture like tenden in Pho), and vegetables/starches. It's spicy! but will cure your hangover immediately. If you had any beef soup in your life, you would be impressed with this one. The 1/2 pound Jerked Chicken and Jerked Pork (Only Made Wed, Fri, Sat) were great too, and 1/2 pounds is enough for two people."

"I've been living in Palm Beach for two years. I'm originally from down south. "Rice was burnt. Braised oxtails had no flavor and were very fatty no meat. Cabbage was not very tasty. Macaroni salad was ok. "Our first time ordering. The Oxtail LARGE had flavor ...was decent. We are West Indians and know our authentic flavors. "Best patè kodè I've had since I left Haiti in 2006, the smell alone was nostalgic. The dough has the perfect balance of being doughy and fried like I remember from Haiti & not consistently SUPER crunchy like all the patès I've had in the area. Highly upset that this is my first time eating from Nessas being that I've lived in the area for about 14 years but moving forward this will be my spot! 10/10 <3"

"The turkey was delicious tender, juicy, and full of flavor! The portion was generous and everything tasted fresh. I'd definitely order it again."
"Food tastes terrible, attitude of woman at the register is even worse. I will never order from this establishment again, I suggest you take your money elsewhere. I was given 5 pieces of griot and a bone with a large meal and the rice tastes like water. No epis that gives that Caribbean vibe."

"The "chicken stir fry" which I think is meal 6 (or 7 idk), anyway-- always fire, knowing exactly what to expect.
And then I got also this time basically just the steak and rice and beans… Close to what would just be basically a chorasco meal anywhere else...also fire, as always.
Both meals we added a couple of cilantro garlic sauces to and sheeeessshhhh, never misses either!
This particular order, though, I also want to add that we ordered with legit only 3 mins left to order from La Brasa and they put it together, cooked it, fresh like always...we didn't get some slopped together "hurry up and close" meals from the kitchen , which says a lot about the pride and character of the owners and management, the restaurant in and of itself. THIS will keep me coming back even if the food was just basic and not top shelf, but it's a home run this time.
Thanks again, nailed it!"
"It was good, not worth the value though. A little on the tougher side and only one deteriorating tomato. Extra sauce on the side that automatically comes with it which is nice. After a couple bites I grew to love the churros, which is was more churro and less Nutella though :')"

Fry Chicken
Fried Chicken — the undisputed champion of comfort food, the crispy king, the sizzling showstopper that turns heads and silences tables. This isn’t just fried chicken — this is golden fried glory, dipped in tradition and fried up with swag. Each piece is a masterwork: perfectly seasoned, marinated deep into the bone, then baptized in hot oil until it crackles with golden-brown perfection. The skin is crunchy like the rhythm section of a dancehall beat — loud, proud, and irresistible!! And underneath...juicy, tender meat bursting with flavor that hits like a drumroll of herbs, spices, and pure satisfaction. This is the kind of chicken that doesn’t need a sauce — but still owns every dip it touches. Plate it with any of our sides, no judgment, only respect! It’s crave-worthy, soul-lifting, crowd-pleasing greatness — hot from the pot, straight to your heart. Because when it’s done right, fried chicken isn’t just food, It’s a whole mood!!

"When the red meat cravings hit, the CARNE ASADA CON QUESO ( COMPLETA) is a solid go to. VERY generous portions, and the beef has always been a 8.5-10/10 over the years (depending on who's grilling that day). Only thing I'd change would be less rice and more sweet plantains, but I'm not complaining. "

"I had the jerk chicken. It was really good. Everything was seasoned well. I was just a little taken aback that I paid $13 and got a small leg quarter and a plate FULL of rice. There was rice under the chicken and cabbage. Usually restaurants give you a leg quarter and a half. For the price point, this was not worth it."
