Hard to chew like if it was fried for too long. I don't know if there's a chicken shortage, but I'm not going to pay extra for less. This is also the third time it's come out like this. I never made a review before because I didn't think it would be this common. Everything else was fine aside from the chicken katsu. If there is a chicken shortage, at least make it known.
