"I had the chile beef burtito with pinto beans, green chile rice, and 2x side picante sauce. Normally there would be rice and beans on side, but i guess they all went into the burtito. It was a gisnt thing and did not taste fresh. The Pico was made with tomatoes that had been frozen. There was no cilantro or onion, just tomato. My order was barely warm snd I am less thsn a mile away.
(Also, I ordered same meal day before and Door Dash delivered to a wrong address. Not a Cafe Rio fault).
I am still not feeling the Utah founding quality of freshly made tortillas, prime fresh meat and cheese, and carefully crafted beans, rice, and salsa.
