As someone who considers himself a true foodie and has enjoyed Italian cuisine at countless restaurants over the years, I can honestly say that my recent meal at Domani Restaurant was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in a very long time.
The lobster ravioli was simply exceptional. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, authentic, and beautifully handcrafted. It had that rare quality that instantly makes you feel as though you're enjoying a homemade family recipe passed down through generations. The pasta was perfectly prepared, the filling was generous and flavorful, and the balance of flavors was absolutely outstanding.
The true star of the evening, however, was the Rigatoni Bolognese. I do not say this lightly: it was probably the best Bolognese I have had in many years. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly al dente, with just the right texture and bite. The sauce was rich, hearty, deeply flavorful, and clearly prepared with care, patience, and high-quality ingredients. Every forkful delivered the kind of comforting, authentic Italian flavor that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the meal. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary. Every dish reflected pride, passion, and craftsmanship.

The Cappellini Truffle was flavorful and the best of the pastas ordered. The Plain (Small 12'') was quite good especially for a non-pizzeria. Probably the most aggravating part of the experience was the length of time from ordering to door through no fault of the Dasher who kept me informed at all times. When the Dasher arrived to pick up the order, they were informed that the restaurant hadn't even begun to cook it. Moreover, the order was not during dinner rush and was placed before 5 pm.
