I called BWW and told them the problem. They said we can drive up there to have it fixed or get a refund from DD. We are from out of town and don’t know the area and chose to pay extra for DD for that reason and I am not comfortable requesting a refund from DD when this clearly was a restaurant issue, not a driver issue.
