"It's the first time we've ordered from them. We didn't really expect much, but when JC from Door Dash had delivered our food from them, we opened it up and were amazed at how it was packed for us. We ordered the shrimp tempura and also the combo tempura with veggies and shrimp. It tastes very good and was better than most places we've eaten tempura at. Portions was perfect diet the price and it tasted like it just came out of the fryer to the plate. Will definitely order here again to try all their other dishes. "I ordered the akira bento box with Miso butterfish and 2 homemade cream croquettes (one crab and one corn). The bento was good. The butterfish was a pretty good decent size. The karage chicken was good as well. The cream croquettes were good, but for 5.50 a piece was kind of pricey for its size. The crab one didn't have much crab in it. I like the corn one better. I would order the corn one again and the bento again."

"When I have had Panda's at other locations it was alright and always tasted how do I say it um it always tasted commercialized and everything tasted the exact same. Which isn't a bad thing. Usually chain restaurants differ in some way which is kind of why I stopped going. BUT tonight though I decided to give it a go again and the food from this location to me was awesomely ono. "I hadn't had Panda in a long time and had it at the airport recently. It was so good! Definitely not food for health benefits but a nice treat once in a while. This order from the Kalihi location was inedible. I threw most of it out... and that hurt considering how much it was for fast food. Dry bland overcooked noodles, undercooked hard rice in the fried rice. Dynamite chicken was hard and tough. Definitely not ordering again."

Needs Improvement: NO TEMPURA DIPPING SAUCE 😢!!!, no mention of it in menu, no one answered phone call about it. Tempura coating was soft because it steamed in its own heat en route, flimsy plastic bag caused soup to to leak on utensils, cabbage salad is unusual, not my favorite.
Suggest: sturdier square bottom bag, maybe paper, maybe taller take out container to allow steam to escape, maybe poke holes in top, do experiments. Door Dash frequently delivers 2-3 orders on the same run. I'm afraid tempura might cool en route packaged this way. We need to be able to pay to be the only delivery for hot food. Please always serve tempura dipping sauce w/tempura, and say so on menu, & online. If you have salad? or other veggies, tsukemono or pickles please put on Door Dash. Thank you."
