The defining characteristic of a waffle is that it's crispy. these were floppy and mushy... in fact, judging from the texture and flavor, I think they're just dumping pancake batter into a waffle iron... which is incorrect. a restaurant should know better. a pancake and a waffle our entirely different things. The eggs were cooked properly, and the hash browns were okay, despite being browned only on one side. this was about $40 worth of food. honestly, a frozen eggo waffle would have at least been properly crispy instead of mushy and limp. The chicken was good enough, though again, not crispy. mushy breading. I will not be going back."

I've never had bad quality at the original Jim's but this hood River one is hit or miss and more misses than anything. as much as I love the baby burger thought, it was poorly executed.
