"I’m so glad I decided to give Jamaica Pon Di Road a try! I was on a task force assignment and honestly just tired of eating from the same menus, so I decided to switch it up—and I’m so glad I did!
I ordered through DoorDash, and while I was placing my order, rice and peas unfortunately wasn’t showing as an option. Shortly after I placed the order, it became available. I tried to cancel and reorder through the app, but the app wouldn’t let me. I called the restaurant, and my food had already been prepared. Instead of making it a hassle, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and added a side of rice and peas to my order complimentary! 🥹❤️
That kind of customer service goes a LONG way!
And the food? Delicious! The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and the chicken was packed with flavor. Exactly what I needed after eating the same food over and over while traveling for work.
