"One of the best deals and great tasting Chinese takeout I've had in the Salem Keizer area for a long time.. great portions and reasonably priced and everything tasted splendid! The 37. Kung Pao Shrimp / 宮保蝦 was actually spicey with great flavor I used the marinade for the free box of white rice they gave me which created a whole new meal for the next day with the shrimp. as for the If I Shrimp Lo Mein / 大蝦撈麵 and the kumpao shrimp they most definitely did not skimp on the shrimp and you got plenty! This is the first Chinese takeout place that actually will leave gives you enough and you feel like you got your money's worth and not just 5 shrimps.. lol The Thai ice tea tasted amazing and wasn't too sweet or bitter at all! If I didn't have to rotate on back on keto I'd eat this every night if I could afford the dollar amount and the extra baggage around the waist! Thanks y'all!"
"Singapore Rice Noodles, despite what the menu says, are not super spicy. They are made with yellow (the mildest) curry powder, and are more savory than hot. A bonus for the allergic: rice noodles are naturally gluten-free. There was plenty of chinese-style pork and shrimp in the entree. If you like noodle dishes but don't like a lot of heat, this one's for you.

"Everything was delicious. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen is a huge portion, honestly enough fort two to share. I appreciate that they package the broth separately so nothing gets soggy and you can add as you go if you want. The Pan-Seared Pork Gyoza (6 pcs) are also great, very typical and what youd expect. The Steamed XiaoLongBao (8pcs) are little packages of bite-sized deliciousness. Each dumpling sits inside its own tiny tin. There is a small tender meatball inside each one as well as a tasty broth. Eat it all in one bite or the broth will escape. These are served with a chili diping sauce. The sauce has an earthy chili flavor with a mild heat that accentuates the dumpling nicely. Well worth the cost!
The Tempura Shrimp (6 pcs) sticks were a little over cooked and very greasy. They lost the tender delicate crisp I am used to when I have made or ordered them from other places. Although they still had a good flavor the cook spoiled it. Overall the value was still there with the quantity and flavor.
Tornado Potato was som I just had to try. I can see this being a really tasty side but sadly it was a grease sponge. Great presentation and flavor but poor execution. Perhaps the grease was too cool but the bag was very translucent and my fingers were super greasy trying to pull pieces off the stick. Getting hold of a disk would squish grease out. The upside is that it was really well seasoned.
Hopefully the overcooked Tempura Shrimp (6 pcs)and the super greased slogged Tornado Potatoeere just a one time mis-step. I may have to try them again just to see. "

The Kung pao shrimp were cooked well but were not spicy at all, the fried shrimp were not great, those tasted a lil too fishy so we didn't finish them. "The Popcorn Chicken with Rice did not live up to the positive reviews. Chicken was dry and way, way overseasoned, mostly with black pepper. The rice was decent, but white rice is cheap and easy to make at home. Green beans were also ok, seasoned with butter and a little black pepper. Too bad they didn't use the same light hand with the pepper shaker on the chicken.
Lemon Smoothie was ok. I ordered it with 0% added sugar because I am prediabetic; I also just like sour things. It wasn't as tart as I expected it to be, nor did it taste like any artificial sweetener I know of, so I expect it still has some added sugar. It would have been nice if they had provided nutritional information. They also didn't include the serving size; I would guesstimate it to be about 16 oz.
Bottom line: the smoithie is similar to a frozen lemonade that you could get at a fast food restaurant for about half the price, and unlike this restaurant, McDonald's will tell you exactly how many calories and grams of sugar it has. And the chicken was just bad.

"Ham Breakfast Burrito was both very good and very filling. It was conveniently cut in two, so two people could theoretically share it.
Their burritos are very customizable. You can delete ingredients you don't want, and there is a list of toppings as long as your arm that you can add for a small fee. I chose to delete the hash browns and added pico de gallo (free) and sour cream ($1.04). They also threw in several red and green salsas. The result was delicious.
Coffee ($3.90) was a medium (16 oz ) serving, and they gave me enough creamers for 3 large coffees.

Added a Side - Conzome for dipping and couldn't go wrong adding that to ANYTHING-- it has a deep, smokey, tangy taste to it. We also ordered the 3 Meat Breakfast Burrito which was a bit bigger than mine assuming because we left the hashbrowns in but my partner said it was really good. We've been looking for good Breakfast burritos for awhile and will order again to try some other items."
