"First time ordering from here — and honestly, probably the last. Giving two stars instead of one only because the packaging was really nice. Everything was secure, and I actually appreciated the little cellophane wrap around the deli sandwiches — it looked neat and put-together.
Outside of that, nothing to write home about. The Strawberry Nutella croissant was the best part, but that was just something I tried out of curiosity, not what I was relying on to actually fill me up. The Godfather was supposed to be hot, but by the time I got it, it was cold. On top of that, the protein had these hard pieces in it — not sure if it was gristle or what, but after spitting a few out, I was just done.
And then the Deli potato salad … easily the worst part. When I opened it, it smelled off — kind of freezer-burnt, like it had been sitting too long or stored weird. I still gave it a try, but it had zero flavor and no depth. Just plain bad.
Overall, nice presentation, terrible execution. Definitely felt like wasted money. Won’t be ordering again."
