"Ginza has the most melt-in-your-mouth raw fish sushi I've ever had in GR, and they're priced fairly comparably to other GR sushi places that aren't always as fresh or "melt in the mouth." If you've ever had rubbery, chewy, or stringy sashimi/sushi, you might think you don't like sushi. Or if you've had sushi that was a little rubbery, stringy, or chewy, and still liked it...then you're going to be thrown for a loop by how good Ginza sushi is.
Plus, all the veggies in their sushi rolls taste incredibly fresh and perfectly ripe. You're not going to get slightly grey, over-ripe and mushy avocado from them, nor will you get under-ripe, crunchy avocado from them. I've have never had better avocado on sushi, before, than at Ginza (both times!) Their cucumber is also at a new level of fresh, crisp, and tasty. Their sauces are great! They compliment without overpowering.
So even though I had a very absent/aloof lunchtime server my first time eating there--to the point where I saw the bus boy more than my own server--the food was SO GOOD that I Door Dashed it a couple days later for my husband and I. I wouldn't eat in, again, just cause my server was quite bad, but the food speaks for itself, and I'd door dash it daily if I could afford it!"

"The Hakata Modern is probably the best flavored ramen broth ever. The pork is always so yummy and flavorful. But the marinated hard boiled egg in there is chefs kiss! "Lowkey didn't like it but it's not the places fault. I didn't like the broth which kinda defeated the whole purpose of buying ramen. I'm happy that they do deliver the broth and the toppings in separate containers because I ended up pouring the broth down the sink. The toppings were nice and fresh so I ate some of them but it honestly felt like eating a scrap salad since it was just random toppings in a pile (I didn't want to toss them). I wouldn't order this again but everybody's different. I also didn't even really get to eat the actual noodles since they already had a specific taste to them that I didn't like. I feel like this place would have nice food but I lowkey don't want to be risky with my money. Overall I rate 3/10 I'm happy that I bought this with a discount because I would have had paid like 30$ for a weird salad. "
