Plenty of a light vinegarette type dressing on the salad. Wish there had been an option to request more Teriyaki because I like a lot of sauce, but the Salmon and rice were good as is. Not old or dried out like some other people experienced. Opposite of the mac, I thought the Garlic Spam Musubi would be cold but it was warm and tasted fishier than I expected. What do I like about it? #1 is that they use a loose granola instead of the clumpy honey-based kind. Makes it much lighter and doesn't have the overwhelming honey taste (or extra sugar). There isn't a bunch of added sugar to the base. The Nutella thankfully isn't drizzled on top - it's in the the middle which slightly hardens its consistency which is amazing!
