"The rice in the rolls was way too mushy. It happened last time as well, so I thought it was just a one time mistake, but it happened again. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. Overall, it feels like the food quality and management have gone downhill.

"The portobello Katsu is always excellent. Curry is good. The 1st time I had Dill Egg Salad Sando it was very good. I didn't notice the taste of butter and I enjoyed it. 2nd time I noticed the taste of butter. I wondered if it was new? The 3rd time also tasted butter. Disgusting. I grew up in Japan eating egg salad sandwiches and they are my favorite. Never had butter in them from any bakeries and stores. I will never order it from here again."

I'm not sure if the restaurants portions are that little or not because the delivery bag it came in wasn't sealed, the adhesive isnt even peeled off and the box the food came in itself wasnt sealed either.
