I ordered my plain white rice as part of the fried rice combo and paid an additional $5.99. They didn't give me the fried rice combo plate, which should have been box #7. I called to tell them I was missing the rice I paid for, and they argued that wasn't the case. I shouldn't have to argue about something that isn't true; I'm arguing because I paid money for something I didn't receive. The portion size wasn't adequate for a family. They're incompetent, and I'm paying so much money. The pictures don't show what the food looks like. I paid almost $97.00, giving them my first chance, which is now my last. You're better off eating at Koto Teriyaki in Lakewood than at this restaurant. I lost money, and they're right because they don't want to lose. They lose a customer and get a terrible review"
