We got the Meat lasagna Bolognese and Linguine Alfredo with meatballs. First of all, the portions were even small for a child. The meatballs were the size of a golf ball and had no taste at all. The linguine was watery like soup and had zero taste also. The meat lasagna was super small and tasteless.
The only reason we tried MCAB was because our favorite REAL Italian restaurant Delucia's Italian was closed. Stay away and save your $50 and appetite!"

I hope they can check their salads for consistency in the future. It's a shame cause I feel like I wasted some money. At least if I'm hungry I got some more pasta to eat. Definitely go for the pasta. " Breaking 2 year cheese fast (2-3month dairy fast)with delicious cheesy calzone. Definitely amazing! Generous portions of cheese and meat! Typically not a fan of "wet" (sauce inside the pocket) calzones but being able to substitute marinara sauce for a pesto, bbq, taco, and of course a white sauce is spot on!
My two recommendations or suggestions for the restaurant or dining in?
#1 Allow the sauce to be in a cup on the outside coupled with the standrd dipping sauce.
#2 Add ricotta (smoked, whipped, & varying milk producing animals like sheep/goat/cow) and mascarpone.
#3 Also allow more than 4 items in the calzone please!

"Good pasta is harder to find than one might think, especially when you have a genuine appreciation for authentic Italian flavors. As a true pasta lover, I can be quite particular about what makes a pasta dish exceptional, and Pasta Viva genuinely impressed me.
I ordered The Godfather, featuring filet mignon, mushrooms, and garlic tossed in Alfredo sauce, and it exceeded my expectations.
Alfredo can so often be overly thick, heavy, or greasy, but this was quite the opposite. The sauce was beautifully balanced, velvety, and creamy without being overwhelming. What particularly stood out was the subtle brightness of the citrus notes, which added a refreshing dimension and kept the dish from feeling too rich. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, from the tender filet mignon to the mushrooms and perfectly prepared pasta. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and wonderfully cohesive.
The portion was also generous without being excessive, making it an especially satisfying meal.
It’s not often I come across a pasta dish that genuinely stands out, but this one did. Pasta Viva has certainly earned a place on my list of favorites. I look forward to coming back!"
