What I had liked about the Classic was that they were BIG patties - nice, thick and perfectly cooked patties. This cheese burger tonight was very close to a Wendy's thickness, and we know it wasn't the thin sliver of cheese melted across this burger. You could see every line or indentation on the surface of the meat under that crazy thin piece of cheese. Even worse, the meat was cooked beyond 165 and largely black from cooking too long. That bun they use for those Classics, however, is always good. And I always get a lot of extra when I order it on lettuce and pickles and anything ordered and marked "extra." I'm stuffed from the burger and tired of chewing - is it even possible to cook hamburger so that it is tough enough to make your jaws hurt?! So, thr house salad side order went into the fridge - nothing to comment on yet. I'm sure it'll be fine, other than salad never holding up well for an overnight. That's not the store's fault. I love Applebees - truly I do. This was just a bad night for some reason. Flavors? Oh yeah - the flavors were all delicious!"

"The last few times I've ordered this meal. They have not gotten my egg order correct this time they got my egg order correct but literally is just a bowl of chips. I have barely any sauce or chicken in it. It usually comes with way more pickled onions, radish pieces, and cilantro. I usually never have an issue with very sweet kitchen, but over the last couple months that I have ordered from them they haven't been coming through. It's a shame because the price of this food isn't cheap nor is the quality so to get just a bowl of chips and a little bit of sauce and maybe two bites of chicken within it was very disappointing."

"I picked up the order myself and the app told me it would be done by 10:50 am. I show up at 10:50 and it said my order was ready for pick up. Walked up to the waiter and he went to check on my order and it hadnt even been started yet. Told me it would be 10 more minutes and that was fine with me. Well an another 15 minutes later it was finally ready, after isaw a few tables of food go out. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy came in a box with wax paper. Well the wax paper broke into little pieces and got mixed up with my mashed potatoes and when I tried to take the wax paper out it broke into more pieces and also already had a bite with a piece of wax paper in it. Definitely will never door dash at this establishment ever again. Just a terrible experience all around. The only decent thing we got was the burrito and that wasnt even worth the money we paid. Oh and also 6 mozzarella sticks for 8 dollars that is ridiculous. "
