This order came from the iHop at 119th & Metcalf, which is about 4 blocks from where I live. It was the BEST prepared one I've had! The Scrambled eggs were perfect for me; scrambled in a skillet or on the grill and not ending up as a big yellow blob of eggs. The Hash Browns were perfectly browned and presented with waxed(?) paper to divide each portion. The sausages were delicious and the pancakes divine. Thank you for not forgetting the Strawberry & Blueberry topping, which has happened before from another iHop location. It's the little things not being forgotten that makes the difference. The biryani arrived hot and fresh. The portion was generous enough to easily feed two people. Two big chicken pieces were soft, tender and flavorful. The rice was cooked well with a touch of extra saltiness but bearable.

Yesterday I ordered the Vijayawada Special Chicken Biryani and received only 4 tiny pieces of chicken with a large amount of rice. The previous day, I ordered the Chicken Pulao and received only about 5 small pieces, again with mostly rice.
This isn’t a one-time issue it has happened repeatedly with my 1+1 offer, the meal should still have a reasonable amount of chicken. It feels like the chicken quantity is being reduced while the rice quantity is increased.
I was a frequent customer, but after experiencing the same issue multiple times, I don’t plan to order from here again. Very disappointing."
