Sometimes if you order sushi, between them making it and it getting delivered it can be super mushy and makes it inedible, but their R5. Tonkotsu Ramen is our favorite. Their drinks are amazing as well, absolutely obsessed with their drinks. Make sure your dasher actually grabs them because they are separate from the food bag and will NEVER come in the same bag, they have their own cute little bags they put the drinks in!! The Ramen can be quite heavy on the veggies so I would really recommend the store add an option so we can choose to go light on veggies as sometimes it's overwhelming with more veggies than noodles/meat."

This location must tell their employees to put as little veggies and sauces on their food so it's bland and tasteless. I used to go to this zao everyday for lunch, and the garbage I was just delivered will be the last time I go there. If you're the same price as other restaurants for half the size, half the flavor, I'll take the hint and go somewhere else."
