I think maybe there are just too many ingredients in the dish to deep fry it and have it come out the way the description makes it sound. I'm inclined to think it would be better as "bites" or balls for accuracy and presentation, but I also subscribe to the theory of "It's all going down the same hole" and don't personally care about presentation.

The chicken tenders (mildly hot) were perfectly prepared and delicious. I'm not always a fan of kale but this slaw was amazing. I will definitely order this again.
