I called the restaurant directly and spoke to a gentleman and told him the issue and said that I could send him a picture. He called me back and told me that the bacon was definitely cooked and went on to tell me that they cook the bacon in the over and then set it aside to cool. He said he saw what the raw bacon looks like and the bacon on my salad was definitely cooked. Needless to say, I didn't take his word and the $20 salad didn't get eaten. Not sure how you can look at the picture and say the bacon isn't raw. Even after expressing concern that I didn't want to feed my elderly mom something unsafe."
