Pan de bono is small and lack luster, something that's probably worth it if you grew up on it and want the memories associated with it, but as a first timer trying it, I wouldn't get it again. The waffle is good, also feels overpriced at $10+ but it's filling and the creamy sauce it came with is also very good. My only comment would be that I would like to have a little bit more frosting on the donuts to real. The donuts are large, and I feel the frosting ratio could be a little bit higher. "Im from PA and I travel for work. I first got food here in Oklahoma not knowing it was a franchise. I was excited to see it in Missouri and then Texas and then Illinois. Food is maybe not for everyone, you can tell it's not their priority as a company although I enjoy it heavily. It reminds me a little of wawa or sheetz from back home. Not necessarily the items or flavor but the vibe of it. The CHICKEN CAPRESE is my go to but the THREE CHEESE CHICKEN is also good. I always get the PEANUT BUTTER CUP™ with avocado (it doesnt effect the taste, just makes it creamier and adds some healthy fats). The jalapeno corn is my favorite side but the kale slaw is good too. The sweet potatoes aren't my favorite but only because theyre usually slightly undercooked. (The larger pieces are a bit tough). Anyways, I hope they open one in PA but I might even be compelled to travel into the hellscape that is New Jersey if they open one there. Enjoy!"
