Every other Hardee's location I've been at have always put the side of gravy in a container (as it should be) and when I called to inquire about this, I was told that they thought it was meant to add the gravy to the sandwich. However it's just much safer to put it on the side, especially when it's a delivery. Now my sandwich is soggy with the gravy and I spent nearly $2 for some to be on my sandwich which is not a very good deal. Please work on this.
