"This is my go to restaurant for Brazilian steak. I usually get either the picanha or skirt steak meal with 2 sides. This time I ordered the skirt steak with collard greens and black beans which were delicious as usual. The staff at the restaurant are very nice and care about their customers and will reach out. A woman called me to let me know they were out of grilled vegetables and asked what I'd prefer as a substitute; I chose the black beans.

Perfect sauce, still hot and crispy, not soggy at all, and I asked for one extra blue cheese and they gave me two!
Zingers with blue cheese and garlic Parm sauce mixed were an excellent addition, the warm Bavarian pretzel was warm and crispy and perfect (wrapped in foil instead of a plastic container which I'm sure helped), and the loaded fries tasted fresh and perfect, which is again surprising since that's usually a guaranteed delivery cold and soggy dish.

"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. Surprisingly, the chicken arrived crispy even though the delivery took about an hour and had another stop along the way. The Crispy Spicy Fried Wings wasn't as spicy as the ones I had in the Manhattan, but they were still delicious. I did order both the spicy and regular, but they didn't label the boxes. That's one thing I would suggest they do. My grandma doesn't eat spicy, so I had to taste test to make sure before sharing some with her. However, my spice tolerance is pretty high. Since the spicy was just a kick, I was a bit uncertain of which ones to give my grandma. It worked out in the end though. The chicken I ordered also had the option to include pickled radish, which I love. I said yes to both orders of chicken. They ended up coming with small containers of their corn salad in addition to the radish, which was also delicious. I love that I get to try it before ordering the full size.
