"I ordered a Salad tonight that was AMAZING! I ordered it with shredded chicken and shredded lettuce. The salad was a very good size. The romaine was well shredded and all was well mixed. There was a amount of chicken that was generous, It had black beans and rice on the bottom. I ordered a lime vinegarette that was delicious. It was all delicious! I was really pleased with the quality of the meal and it came promptly. Good job Cafe Rio!"
