"Today was my turn to catch the nasty cold that ran through the family. I needed soup but as someone with a food allergy ordering from a new place is always tricky. I called Springbone and got a nice clear answer and an assurance that they would look out for my order and double check the ingredients.
I ordered the Bad Hombre Broth which had a very mild heat to it- perfect for stuffiness from a cold- and the depth of flavor and silkiness that would be expected from home-made bone-broth.

Really surprised the chicken was so good. It had the same crispy crust you'd expect from home cooked chicken, much different than the commercial KFC, Popeyes, etc, The chicken seasoning could have used a touch more salt, but for health reasons it was perfect.
