It arrived on time and I was advised every step of the way. From when it was being prepared to picked up to on the way from the store to my house. The bagels were so fresh and delicious. I love to eat a fresh bagel not toasted nice and soft as soon as I get them home.
Here is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars.
The bagels were packaged right into the paper bag as shown by my photos.
It was very difficult to open the bag that was stapled shut almost to the top. I took the bagels out of the paper bag and immediately placed them into 2 freezer bags which should have been provided as is with other good bagel shops.
If just judged and reviewed on the bagels themselves, a 5 all the way. Price, flavor and freshness along with selection is fantstic. Certainly well worth a try. "

Also ordered the boneless chicken wings and they were either extremely overcooked or had been been microwaved after sitting around for a few hours to the point that the chicken was difficult to chew (same consistency as the chicken in the dip as well). i got them buffalo flavored but there was barely any sauce at all. no napkins or utensils either."
