The chaat was excellent. The chicken biryani was well-flavored, with a very generous amount of chicken, but the chicken had a strong flavor, even with all the spices. It was all dark meat, so you expect a strong flavor. This just seemed quite pronounced to us. We picked it out and just ate the rice. "Food was excellent and came very hot! My only suggestion would be a little lighter on the spice, the heat level. I put in comments for the Masala, Mild and it was medium, tolerable and still tasty. The sauce was thick and had a pleasant sweetness to it. The chicken was cooked perfectly! My husband had the Goan shrimp. he loves spice so he sat there and ate it while sweating and mouth on fire! As much as he loved the heat, it could have been more enjoyable if it was a little less. The bread definitely helped with calming down that heat! I spoke to a friend who is Indian and she said its a common occurrence in all the Indian restaurants to turn up that heat!
