"We get the Chow Mein 炒面 and Sweet & Sour Chicken / Pollo Agridulce 甜酸鸡 every time - both delicious. Today we tried the Mandarin Crispy Prawn in Basil Sauce 香草虾 "little hot" and those were AMAZING, but not spicy at all.
We have tried a lot from here and these are out favorites so far. It is, however, pretty pricy. But if you want Chinese food, it's the way to go "

They use better quality meats than the bargain basement restaurant will use. They are located in a higher-class neighborhood with more fussy patrons. Combination Meat Chow Mein / 雜錦炒麵was ok nothing special and almost lacked that wholesome flavor for authentic chinese food. Fried Prawns / 炸蝦was cooked perfectly and tasted great! (Combo) Sweet & Sour Pork was an okay deal in terms of portion size, you could easily split it out into dinner for two people, but it was all so unrelentingly salty and greasy, with way too much squishy dough around the pork. Aside from green onions in the fried rice there were no vegetables that I could see, and no pineapple or onion pieces in the sweet and sour pork. I couldn't finish half of it. I won't be ordering from here again, sadly."

Quality of the food was great and comparable to the nice sit down restaurants in the neighborhood. Prices were relatively decent, even got an additional percentage off from a deal. I enjoyed most of the fillings flavorwise and texture wise, except the Siu Mai (could use some shitake mushrooms) and Pan fried buns (a bit softer than anticipated, but juicy). The deep fried foods were a bit greasy, so there could be an improvement. My pan fried items were also a bit greasy, but had a nice smokey flavor from the wok. Wished they used larger containers to box the food, but I understand not mixing the dumplings."

Orange Chicken : Comes with sauce separate, so the breading stays crispy. Sounds great in theory, but the chicken didn't taste like much until the sauce had time to soak in.
Broccoli Beef : No issues with the broccoli, but the beef was chewy.
Steamed White Rice (Per Cup) : A bit on the dry side but fresh and cooked well.

The hot and sour soup had very little flavor beyond sour and was quite thick and cloudy.
My take on this was that someone in the kitchen didn’t feel like cooking fresh portions and used what they had in the bottom of the pot.
