"The Bacon egg and cheese croissant is a squashed, pathetic mess. Underdone bacon, and completely squashed down to the point I thought it was a plain "croissant". These used to be good. Maybe it's this BK. But, this is unappetizing."
"There is not a single time I've ordered from this location that I've received the sauces that are supposed to be included in my meal. Don't even try to modify your order. It'll be ignored. I paid for a large cherry freeze and got a medium Coke freeze that was only 2/3 filled. I paid extra for onion rings but got cold, unsalted fries. All of my food was hard, like it was prepared hours ago and left near a food lamp to dehydrate. My itty-bitty burger looked nothing like the menu description and had half the ingredients expected . The new mozarella sticks would have been okay if they had remembered the marinara sauce they specifically asked me if I wanted. How do you continuously mess up every single item in every single order?! I'm amazed this spot is still in business, in person or on Door Dash. "I ordered the Chicken Parm Sandwich with Fries, for pick up while Downtown in Morgan Hill at the Art and Wine Stroll, showing art nearby.
First and most importantly, the sandwich was fantastic. The fries have rosemary and garlic fried with them, and the garlic was super mellow and the rosemary was a great touch. The chicken was tender and had a healthy portion of sauce and parmesian cheese. The bread was soft with just the right amount of crispy, not the painful kind of crispy, the good kind.
The reason I decided to take the time to review however was the staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and at home and I really appreciated the time they took to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much!"

"I've been ordering from these guys regularly for months and they are hands-down THE best place to order breakfast sandwiches from on DD. The pricing is incredible, with regular 2-for-1 deals making it an easy choice from a pricing standpoint. But that FLAVOR!
Their eggs are wonderfully loose and perfectly cooked, never too dry. Their sauce is fantastic. The buns they use are perfectly soft and slightly sweet. The bacon slices are thick and never overdone. The cheese is melted just right. Every element is delicious and provides an enjoyable eating experience, and some of the items are hefty enough that you won't even finish them in one sitting.

"Portions are so small now -- recently have ordered a *Large*, 3 scoops + *pay for 1 extra*, and it's similar to 2 or less scoops from competitors (no exaggeration) -- when it happened the first time I just thought it was a mistake, by the third (and last) time I know it has to be a change in management / serving size -- no longer worth a door dash (comes out to more than $30).
