"I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this experience was truly astonishing and not in a good way. I ordered a full Greek salad with salmon (photos attached), only to receive a tiny handful of lettuce with no dressing, no salmon, and several missing ingredients.
Disappointing is an understatement. I attempted to call the restaurant immediately, assuming it was a mistake, but the phone just rang without an answer or voicemail. This was my second effort to give Newk’s a fair chance; my first dine‑in visit was underwhelming, and now this delivery letdown.
I hope Newk’s addresses these consistent service and quality issues. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next salad."
