"Second time ordering 2 Luxe boxes and food was great. I'd give 5 stars but they forgot the sauces and it may seem small but it's not. I can't get a refund cause they're free but I also want the sauces. Maybe I'll put it in the driver instructions next time. it's not the end of the world since it's a Supreme® Luxe Box but the taco in there could use it. Plus I used to LOVE the Verde salsa which they stopped years ago and now it's $0.25 a packet. I think it's avocado Verde too now which is slightly different than the old one but still. "The rating on this restaurant is deceiving. Second time ordering from Tacoyote. Both experiences have exceeded expectations based off of DD ratings. They have become our favorite Mexican spot in two orders. Chipotle Chicken Enchiladas were absolutely the best Enchiladas... cook, sauce, flavor. Followed up with the Poblano Enchiladas which were phenomenal and this is coming from a "meat only" preference for entrees. The Barracho Shrimp Tacos were also fantastic. They package everything very well for travel and exceed typical Door Dash expectations. A current 4.3* rating is ridiculous because this is by far one of the best Mexican takeout places in the area on DD. I've had many more dishes than referenced but they have all been terrific. The negatives. If you ever needed a visual representation of "shrinkflation" this meal would be it. Cheesecake Factory REALLY thinks we don't notice how small the chicken strips are getting. The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.
