"I go to Culvers over other fast food restaurants like McDonalds because of the quality and service. I dont mind paying more for the food, but this order was not up to their high quality. the burger patties looked like someone took a bite from them. I have never had a problem with their service and quality of food, but this order fell short. I dont know what happened this night but hope this is not the downfall of this location.
