This is the best pho I ever had, it had a very rich and deep flavor that only got better when I added the sauce they provided(I think a home made hoisin sauce?) and some sriracha along with the fresh lime and mint leaves they included. The egg roll rice vermicelli bowl was incredible and refreshing, I can tell the vegetables were fresh and made to order.
