The noodles were nice and soft, they did come bunched together at first, but once I put the broth, everything fell apart perfectly and they became very easy to eat. The chicken itself was tender and cooked to perfection, and the portion size was incredibly generous (I split it in half for the photo!). "The Chef's special masala roast (chicken) is outstanding. We have ordered the same dish at least 10 times at this point, and it is always delicious! The chicken biryani is a close second after the masala roast, and the tikkas are all really good too.
