"Starbucks is always amazing and this isn't a complaint, it's just a heads-up for anyone who isn't aware of this!
IMPORTANT: When you add any sweetener packets they put them in the drink, not on the side so you can add them to your taste! They also do not accept notes/messages about your order so you cannot specify that you want the packages of sweetener on the side.
It should be specified that they go into the drink as now my 4 drinks have 12 packets of Sugar in the Raw* in them and are undrinkable. A complete waste of money and 1/3 of my new account promo codes.
I realize this is my mistake but it would be nice if Starbucks specified they go in the drink/allowed comments so you can ask for them on the side.
* I know 12 is a lot but I often forget to grab packets when I physically visit Starbucks and was hoping to have some on hand if needed
