Adding salt did nothing as there was no other flavor. It was advertised as basmati rice, very confusing because usually at an Indian restaurant, basmati rice has seasoning.
Palak Paneer-- the 3 pieces of paneer in this were the bright spot of the meal! Unfortunately the sauce portion was very bland.
Chicken Tikka Masala-- Sauce was very bland compared to every other one I've ever had; but pretty okay. I used some to try to eat some rice. Chicken was tough as though it had been thawed and cooked too quickly.

"If I could surm this dish in one word itd, be nostalgic. Growing up in a Bengali household, Rice and fish bhuna with veggies + daal was a staple. The fish was carp, which while a bit of a shock was still nostalgic. As for the daal and the veggies, that was quite remin of my mom's own cooking.
