"Disappointed not to get one of our items. Called and called to resolve issue and no one bothered to pick up. Pizzas were good. We picked up a Margherita and Forager pizza, and unfortunately, it was so undercooked between the cheese and first layer that it was inedible. the margarita one is completely raw under the sauce :( We had to put it in our own oven to finish cooking it ourselves. "It's cold out today and my food was barely warm when I got it. There was a lot of ham on the sandwich and a piece of chicken about 1/8" thick. The bun had been toasted too long, so once it got cold, it was rock hard. But the sandwich would have been delicious if it had arrived at the intended temperature. My food arrived in a plastic clamshell container, but it had been dropped into a brown paper bag with handles. The bag wasn't stapled or sealed in any way, and that always makes me a little queasy, because I would like to receive food that has been 100% sealed against anyone being able to reach in and sample it for themselves in anyway before it reaches me."
