The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. Overall though the Quesadilla isn't very big, so I think taking out the veggies might not give you bang for buck..
