The consistency in shred size and the texture of the potatoes lead me to believe they are the kind that come in a carton for restaurant use. These same potatoes filled my Build Your Own (BYO) breakfast burrito, along with flavorless cooked onions, 3 eggs, and turkey bacon. The overall flavor was odd. Black pepper and some onion or garlic powder would improve the overall taste and make less salt necessary. or I guess you could douse the burrito in salsa or hot sauce."
