"Wow! We've had some pretty subpar Indian on Door Dash and this is by far the best Indian food I've had in a long time! I called to ask if they could make the Aloo Gobi extra spicy and it was perfect. "The Methi (Fenugreek) Malai Chicken had zero flavor intensity. Couldn't taste the spices at all. The Aloo Gobhi (Potato Cauliflower) (Vegan)vegetable curry had almost no sauce which left the vegetables nicely fresh and firm and wasn't greasy but I would have liked a larger container with way more sauce to coat the Golden Rice which was fine. I'm so tired of restaurants with highly processed naan from a frozen mass market bag. What's the point if it's not freshly baked. We should only be paying $1 for it. Only Shalimar gets that right char and tandoor Butter Naan which is completely gummy and needs to be toasted at home a little. Nothing out of the ordinary. Meh on the whole cuisine. They need to up their game. Might give other dishes their a chance but the prices are too high."
