"Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosa (2pcs) and the Garlic Naan were all cooked perfectly and well seasoned, incredible food especially for when I ordered it (I work overnights so my options are limited)"
"Excellent Chicken Biryani (although it was too spicy for me to finish). The spiciness is hardly the restaurant's fault, and I should have requested a milder level of heat. Nevertheless, the dish was obviouly well-prepared and flavorful with a good amount of boneless chicken for the price. I also enjoyed the Daal and Onion Naan . I loved that my food was still hot when it arrived! I will definitely order from Naan n' Curry again!"

"I have never heard of a Lamb Kabob Pizza, but I'm really glad I tried it! It has a lot of flavor, and just enough spice. Sooo good. I also ordered the Tandoori Wings. They were great as well but almost a little too spicy for me. Overall great experience. You can't go wrong here."

"Wow! We've had some pretty subpar Indian on Door Dash and this is by far the best Indian food I've had in a long time! I called to ask if they could make the Aloo Gobi extra spicy and it was perfect. The Samosa Chaat was a perfect blend of spicy and sweet and the Chicken Tikka Masala was everything you'd want it to be.
The portions were smaller than expected, but I would much rather have quality over quantity. Will happily be ordering again! "
"Veggie Pakora (6pc) fell apart really easily and were a little dry and not super crunchy. Naan was tough and chewy. Rice was luke warm. The amount of chicken in the Chicken Tikka Masala and the portion of Dal Makhani was pretty small, however, they tasted great!!"

"Food was Good when eaten, but strange aftertaste...like ' substandard or re-used oil ' in use for frying Masala Vadas...!!!
Coconut Chutney was bland.
Tip: Udupi Palace Across have Authentic Coconut Chutney.
Rava Kesari / Cream of Wheat Pistachio Pudding was Great !!!!
Quite Authentic to my Memory"
"Benne masala Dose was so greasy - oil dripping from the dosa. Seemed like the dosa was deep fried.
Extra Vada (1Pc) was stale
I've tried Idly Express elsewhere and it was decent but clearly food chains in Berkeley have a reputation for charging higher for worse quality of food. Wouldn't order again."

"After sampling nearly all of the Indian in the East Bay, I can honestly say that Saroor is by far and away the best!! Their lamb pasanda and garlic naan is out of this world. I also appreciate that when you ask for Indian spicy they actually make it spicy. I like that the food is made to order, so it's always fresh. It's worth the wait!!"
"FABULOUS!!! By far the best Indian food I've ever had, and I'm pushing 70! Wish I could give it seven stars. The chicken and spinach are fantastic: tender chicken, and beautifully spiced. The rice is perfectly fluffy, with a hint of something extra. Easily enough for three people. Meant to order for tomorrow, as I had a late lunch. So I haven't yet tried the veggie samosas or mint sauce; They both look fantastic! Bonus that the food arrived beautifully packaged, and piping hot. I have a new favorite restaurant. BRAVO to the new owners!"

"Absolutely loved this place! It’s family-owned and you can taste the love and care in every bite. The food was incredibly fresh, and the flavors—just wow. The chicken came with a spicy sauce that was an absolute explosion of flavor, the kind that lingers in the best way. The naan was perfectly soft and buttery, great for scooping up all the extra sauce from the generous Chicken Tikka Masala, which was rich, creamy, and easily enough to satisfy two people. This is the kind of spot that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend! Even spoke with owners daughter to share how amazing it was! Thank you! "

"Their ' SAMBHAR ' , South Indian Lentil Soup on the Side is EXQUISITE ' !!! It had quartered squash in there & roasted black mustard seeds !!! All the Chutneys were Gr8 as were the ' Vada ' ( Fried Lentil Donuts ). "I'm not usually one to write a review for anything, really. But I have to write this to say that I've never had this much chicken put into my butter chicken from an Indian place before.
If you're someone that cares about macros and getting enough protein, you would be very happy with the amount of chicken you get in one serving. The food tasted great also, and packaging was super clean/spill free."
"The cauliflower and potatoes dish was horrible, tasteless. The dishes are inconsistent, previous order it was covered in a tomato sauce, this time no sauce and very bland. Plus the portion size for the price is absolutely ridiculous. We had maybe 4 cauliflower florets and 5 small potatoes wedges.
The chicken tikki sauce was lumpy and lukewarm. The texture was like it sat for awhile then reheated in the microwave
Over all disappointing and will not order again."

"The amount of food I got, for the price I paid? Almost feels like a steal! The food was delicious! Ive never had chicken biryani before and i loved it! Next time I'll try something new, with one of the drinks. They are a bit pricey for the portion sizes, however both dishes fed two people, with a small amount left over for around $40. "I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo. When I say this is one of the best Chicken Vindaloos I've ever had to this day, I am not lying. They did not skimp on the curry sauce at all. There was plenty to dip the naan in. It was almost spilling out which I'm not complaining about because it was very well packaged to ensure there was no spillage. The chicken was cooked very well and it was very flavorful. I ordered spicy, and it was the perfect amount of spice to where you can still eat it, but cool off with mango lassi which wasn't overly sweet, and thin enough to drink. Vindaloo is not an easy dish, but I can say they have it mastered. Even the potatoes were not over cooked and it was a very generous portion size. I will be returning!"
"There's nothing like Indian food on a cold night! Chicken Tikka Masala Curry is a favorite in our house, although I prefer the creamy, tangy Chicken Makhanwala (butter chicken). The Bengan Bartha (Eggplant Curry) is probably the healthiest item we get, and it's still very satisfying. I haven't had a Vegetable Samosa in a long time because the kids always get to them first! Everyone loves the breads, especially the savory Garlic Naan.
I decided to try the Shahi Paneer (Peas & Cheese) tonight, and it's an intriguing dish: delicate in flavor, but somehow spicy-hot at the same time. The cheese curds in it are so fresh they squeak! The peas were in the rice, which came on the side. This was perfect, because we hadn't ordered extra rice. I kept going back for more servings of this dish!"

"Mehak is consistently my favorite Indian food restaurant. Their portions are generous (and come with rice), and the flavor is fantastic. The Shahi Paneer is one of my favorite dishes. Very creamy, the paneer soaks up the sauce, and great for dipping naan."

"Decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint! Even better I caught one of their BOGO free deals and my partner and I loved it!! Will be ordering again! "
"I ordered the Butter Chicken , medium spice with basmati rice and garlic naan. The butter chicken itself was gritty and some of the chicken was undercooked with skin still attached. There wasn't much spice. The flavor was more sweet than anything. The garlic naan smelled good but was a little stale. You also only get one piece, kind of expensive for $4.99. I will not be ordering again."

"Veg. Jhol Momo (8 Pieces) , Paneer Tikka Masala, and Vegetable Korma (Contains Dairy/nuts) were very tasty. Veg. Biryani was reason I ordered from this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Has a little kick. When I order again I'd get an extra side of raita. The side that came with the rice was quite small. "
"Lamb chops were completely pink on the inside and tasted raw. I had to spit it out immediately. It was also very chewy. And portion sizes were very small given the price (about $28 but portions were worth maybe $17-18; even that may be generous).
I will not be ordering from here again."

"the Lamb Rib Chops are out of this world. Absolutely phenomenal, melt in your mouth perfection. Chicken Tikka Masala is also quite good - different from others I've had, unique brand of spices but very very tasty and great texture. very generous portion of Rice. Naan has a sourdough tang, which isn't my preference but my husband loved it. Overall excellent, highly recommend."
"Long term Ajanta fan. While I still love their flavorings/spice, I feel that, at least on take out, they've fallen off their game. Big variability in content of portions in terms of the amount of meat in curries, biryani's. Sometimes it's reasonable, but other times there's been lots of curry sauce, but few solid ingredients; lamb biriyani has been plenty of rice, but quite skimpy on lamb (and it's tougher than it used to be--possible cheaper cut). Would love to see them regain their old high quality."

The food was exceptional! The dishes were velvety and bursting with mouthwatering flavors. Every dish was cooked to perfection, using high-quality ingredients and traditional homemade techniques.

"I recently tried the Chicken Momo lapping and Khana set at 4 Dreams Nepal I & Indian Cuisine, and it was a great experience overall.
The Chicken Momo lapping was the highlight. The momos were soft, juicy, and well stuffed with flavorful minced chicken. The “lapping” style, covered in a rich, slightly spicy sesame based sauce, added a creamy and tangy kick that made the dish stand out. The sauce was balanced not too spicy, but enough to give a nice warmth. The portion size was generous and perfect for sharing, although I could easily finish it myself because it was that good.
The Khana set felt like a complete and comforting meal. It came with rice, dal, vegetable curry, chicken curry, achar, and salad. The rice was fresh and fluffy. The dal was simple yet comforting, with a homestyle Nepali flavor. The chicken curry was tender and well cooked, with spices blended nicely without being overpowering. The achar added the perfect spicy and tangy contrast to the meal. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, just like traditional Nepali home cooking.
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend 4 Dreams Nepal I & Indian Cuisine for anyone craving authentic Nepali and Indian food, especially their Chicken Momo lapping and Khana set. I will definitely be going back again."
"The Dahl Tadka tasted like thickened grease fat from the bottom of the pan, like you would use to make buskits and gravy. It had no flavor other than fat and salt. I ordered two in hopes that it would be great, but couldn't eat either of them.
I have never had such an experience with any Indian Dahl dish before .
The soup was very tasty and the broth flavorful. I hoped to have it mild as I was recovering from surgery and was supposed to avoid spicy food. I'll order the soup again when I'm feeling better"

"Amazing value for price! Chai Tea for $2.99 and Gulab Jamun for $3.99 blew me away in terms of flavor and cost. The Onion Kulcha and Chicken Tikka Masala were amazing entrees too, very flavorful. All the items came freshly hot, I even had to wait a bit for them to cool down. I'm usually picky with curry restaurants, but I am so glad I came across this one!"
"I ordered Veg tikka masala and Goat Curry.
The vegetables were well cooked, they tasted very fresh (crisp green beans, cauliflower, thinly sliced zucchini, and fine carrots). The sauce was a little bland.
The goat curry was very good, the meat was tender and the curry was flavorful.
The portions were also good. A good amount of actual meat and vegetables in the curries, and the entrees came with rice! So many places make you buy rice separately."

"Ok. So, wasn't exoecting to really enjoy the Calcutta Chicken Hakka Noodles and the Chicken 65. Flavorful, and just spicy enough to enjoy it. Chicken Tikka Masala and naan were ok-to-good. Didn't disappoint, but didn't wow either. Overall, will definitely order from here, and probably will want to try some of their lesser known dishes. The quantity was quite generous for the price and overall, nicely packaged and presented well. "
"This was the first time we have ordered from Chandi. The food was good but lacked any spice. It would be nice if you could indicate spice level. Even the Lamb Vindaloo which is called "spicy" was more of a medium spice level. We liked the Saag Panner and the Chicken Tikka but again no option to choose a spice level. "The Naan is very good. The rest of the food is not worth the price.... you get a measly portion of the main along with a small portion of daal and a huge portion of plain rice and and some plain salad leaves. Rogan Josh meatballs only 2 medium sized HARD as rocks meatballs - NOT worth the price. Waste of money can't eat them. The biryani arrived with the yogurt spilled over half the biryani....it looks like the yogurt has spoiled and tasted sour. Had to eat around the rice that was doused in yogurt.
Their food is usually good the problem is mostly the packaging and maybe a bad day with the meatballs. Please improve your packaging and portion sizes."

"Delicious and fresh flavor! This is one of my new favorite restaurants. The portions are large and great for a family of three. 10/10 would order again. Especially the Honey Cauliflower, I was expecting it to be super sweet but it's just right. The Potato Peas Samosa's are pretty big and not too hard or soft, just the right amount of crunch, and the inside is a perfect softness, not mushy at all. The Tamarind Rice was not greasy like most places, and super fluffy! Mango Lassi is smooth with a rich yogurt flavor. And lastly the Plain Naan is the cherry on top, easy to eat and cooked just right 10/10. All alongside the amazing quality, we got pretty cool bags and even had enough for leftovers. :)"
