There were loads of veggies, a generous helping of salmon, and a good amount of rice. Plus, it came with a choice of soup or salad, which is always a nice touch.
Now for the not-so-great: while the salmon was cooked well, it didn’t have much flavor. The rice, though plentiful, was on the dry side, which took away from the overall dish.
