Birria Tacos: My birria taco experience was unfortunately disappointing. The consommé, which should be the flavorful heart of the dish, was surprisingly bland with very little depth. The beef, instead of being tender and succulent, was tough and chewy. To make matters worse, the tortillas were flimsy & fell apart, making it very difficult to enjoy the tacos as they were intended. The paper holding the tacos stuck to the cheese on the beans, I was unable to scrape it off because the paper was so thin it just ripped off with the cheese, however the beans were flavorful on their own. the rice had a lovely color & texture but had no flavor.
