I don't know why it's so rare, but by having shredded sausage (instead of slices or little balls of it), the texture is absolutely perfect, especially when combined with pepperoni. "I usually like Round Table, but the location in old downtown Petaluma has consistency issues with cook. 3 of 4 orders the dough has been underbaked. One of those times it was still soft raw like. And this hasbeen over the last 8 months. Hence I think it's their kitchen staff, oven or no quality control checks. Suggest doing the one on East Washington for pickup. "
